• For electronic contracts, these terms can be made available electronically in a way that allows storage for future reference.
• If specific conditions for products or services apply, they are supplementary to these terms. In case of conflicting terms, the most favorable to the consumer will apply.

Article 5 - The Contract

• For electronic contracts, the consumer's acceptance will be acknowledged electronically.

• If there are any reasons for Evergreen Pro Essentials to refuse an order, we reserve the right to do so or apply special conditions, providing justification to the consumer.

Article 6 - Right of Cancellation

• Consumers have 14 days from receipt of the product to cancel their purchase without providing a reason.
• To exercise the right of cancellation, the product must be returned in original condition, including packaging and accessories.
• Cancellation must be communicated in writing or by email within the cooling-off period. The product must be returned within 14 days from the cancellation notice.

Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal

• The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs of products.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of returned products or proof of return.

Article 8 - Price

• Prices are valid during the period specified in the offer, except where there are changes in VAT, customs fees, or any pricing errors.
• Consumers are responsible for additional costs such as customs duties or import taxes.

Article 9 - Conformity and Warranty

• Products will conform to the contract and meet reasonable quality standards.
• Consumers must notify Evergreen Pro Essentials of any defects within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The warranty does not apply to:

Article 10 - Delivery and Execution

• Orders will be processed and shipped to the provided address.
• If there are delays, the consumer will be notified, and they may cancel the order and receive a refund.
• If a product is unavailable, Evergreen Pro Essentials may offer a replacement, but the consumer retains the right to reject the replacement.

Article 11 - Duration Transactions

• For contracts involving regular supply, either party can terminate the agreement with one month's notice.
• Fixed-term contracts will not renew automatically unless specifically agreed with the consumer.
• Contracts longer than one year may be terminated after one year with a one-month notice period.

• Payment must be made within the specified period following the cooling-off period.
• The consumer should report any inaccuracies in payment details promptly.

Article 13 - Complaints Procedure

• Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering any defects.
• Complaints will be acknowledged within 14 days, and a resolution time will be provided if it takes longer than 14 days.
• If a complaint is valid, Evergreen Pro Essentials will replace or refund the product as appropriate.

Article 14 - Disputes

• Efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably. In case of unresolved issues, appropriate legal measures will be pursued.
